Invoices, deposits and balances
Estimates that turn into invoices. Deposits on orders and bookings. Partial payments, recurring billing, and a balance that settles when the work or the order is done.
Orders, inventory and the books
Phone orders entered once. Stock counts that update with every sale. Purchase orders to your suppliers, and a sync to QuickBooks so month-end isn't a project.

- Lumber yards, hardware stores, paint and plumbing supply, building-materials dealers. This is where we started. House accounts, deposits on special orders and delivery tickets that have to match the invoice make it the most demanding setup we do.

Hillside Payments is family owned and operated in Queens, New York.
We started with the building-supply trade because it's the hardest case: tools that handle a house account and a special-order deposit handle everything else. We're building out from there, close to home, with the businesses we already know.
